Ajax FireProtect Jeweller is a wireless fire detector designed to offer 24/7 continuous protection against home or professional fires. The sensor detects the presence of smoke through photoelectric technology, using an internal camera to monitor air quality. In the absence of smoke, the system monitors abnormal temperature rises, ensuring early warning even for clean-burning fires.
One of FireProtect 's distinctive features is its operational autonomy: it can detect fires and issue an audible alarm via its built-in siren even if it is not connected to the Ajax hub. This ensures immediate action under any circumstances, making it an ideal choice for critical environments where security must be ensured even in the absence of a network.
When connected to an Ajax system, the detector sends instant push notifications in the event of an alarm, allowing the user to take action wherever they are. In case of danger, all FireProtect detectors installed in the environment are activated simultaneously, spreading the alarm throughout the building. This coordinated mechanism significantly improves response capability.
FireProtect Jeweller includes a smoke chamber self-test function, which periodically checks the condition of the smoke chamber. If the chamber needs cleaning or maintenance, the system sends an immediate notification, helping to keep the device efficient and ready for use.
