The FROR shielded flame-retardant FROHH2R cable is designed for electrical applications requiring maximum fire safety and protection from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. With its double shielding and high-strength materials, it is ideal for use in fixed installations in the civil, commercial and industrial sectors.
The cable is equipped with:
Screen 1: aluminum/polyester tape to reduce electrostatic interference
Screen 2: red copper braid for protection against electromagnetic interference
This structure ensures high shielding efficiency (100 m/m) in the 100 kHz 30 MHz range, making the cable suitable for signaling, control or distribution systems where maximum signal reliability is required.
The FROHH2R cable is suitable for:
Civil, commercial, public buildings (e.g., schools, theaters, fairs)
Industrial plants (in pipes or ducts)
Damp or dry indoor environments, and temporarily outdoors
Underground installation is not permitted. It is compatible with both power (450/750V) and signaling/control circuits (300/500V).
