UltraCut FBS 6 mm diameter is a line of galvanized steel, hex-head screws from FIscher Italy. The small-diameter hex head allows the use of standard hex socket wrenches for even smaller plant installations.

 

Certified for installations on cracked and non-cracked concrete with class C20/25 to C50/60 and prestressed concrete hollow core slabs (C30/37 to C50/60). It can also be used on C12/15 concrete, solid brick masonry, compacted natural stone, autoclaved aerated concrete.

 

The screw is also certified for applications requiring a seismic performance level of Class C1. The 6 mm UltraCut FBS are perfect for the installation of rails, ventilation ducts, cable trays, temporary anchors, wood battens in roofing, expansion joints and many other applications.

 

Assembly:

• UltraCut FBS II 6 US are suitable for through-hole installation.
• Holes do not require any cleaning in case they are in the ceiling and/or floor (in the latter case, it is sufficient to extend the drilling for a length equal to 3 times the diameter of the hole)
• For optimal installation, the use of an appropriate impact wrench with a socket with SW10 hexagonal mouth suitable for the application of tangential pulses is recommended
• The screw is properly installed when the screw head rests on the object to be fastened
• ETA certification allows the application to be adjusted 2 times by loosening the concrete screw (max 20mm) to insert a shim (max 10mm) and/or align the base plate
