The pre-insulated round ferrule lug is the ideal solution for making reliable and durable electrical connections with flexible or rigid copper conductors. The round ferrule design ensures stable contact inside spring, screw or plug-in terminals, and is particularly suitable for electrical panels, terminal blocks and connections in tight spaces.
Made from 99.9% electrolytic copper strip, the lug undergoes an annealing and tin-plating treatment that improves its flexibility during crimping and resistance to corrosion.
Internal knurling of the collar ensures a high mechanical seal, preventing the conductor from slipping out even under vibration or stress.
The PVC insulating jacket has an internal funnel-shaped shaping, which guides the cable inside the terminal and prevents the strands from stretching. This allows for cleaner, safer and faster wiring, which is also ideal in multiple or repetitive installations.
Partial insulation protects the crimping area by keeping the connection part free, while providing good electrical safety and accessibility.
