The Cembre A48-M10 eye lug is designed for the secure connection of 240 mm² copper conductors in low and medium voltage installations. Ideal for electrical panels, distribution substations and industrial installations, it ensures high mechanical strength and excellent conductivity thanks to the use of annealed electrolytic copper with purity greater than 99.9%.
The electrolytic tinning process gives the lug high protection against oxidation, making it ideal even for environments with moisture or corrosive agents. The chamfered collar and inspection hole facilitate precise wire insertion, preventing stretching and facilitating crimping with standard tools.
The geometry of the collar is optimized to simplify placement in compression dies, reducing installation time. The M10 hole on the flap allows the lug to be securely housed in standard connection terminals and clamps, ensuring a solid and durable electrical and mechanical seal.
Thanks to its robust construction and quality materials, the lug can be used in the extreme temperature range of -50 °C to +150 °C, making it suitable for installations subject to environmental variations and demanding operating conditions.
