The Lovato GSM modem is a professional solution for remote control and remote supervision of plants and devices by sending and receiving programmable SMS messages. Due to its versatility and ease of use, it is ideal for industrial, agricultural, plant engineering and technical system monitoring applications.
Allows event-driven management of outputs and notifications: an active digital input or an SMS with specific text can, for example, activate a relay, send an alarm or return a status message. Programming is done through dedicated software, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Lovato Electric website.
The analog input supports 0-10V, 0-20mA or NTC signals, making it perfect for monitoring quantities such as temperature, tank level or pressure. You can receive real-time readings via SMS or set thresholds to send automatic alarms.
The device automatically updates its internal clock, sunrise and sunset times, and location via GSM network, allowing programmed actions on an hourly or geolocated basis. Most useful feature for automatic management of loads or lighting systems.

The modem installs on DIN rail (4 modules), with IP40 protection rating on the front and IP20 on the terminals. It comes with IP69K external antenna, equipped with 2.5m cable and M10 hole fixing. SIM card (3V or 1.8V) fits directly into the slot, with built-in PIN management.
