The Lovato soft starter ADXL0085600 is designed to provide controlled starting of three-phase asynchronous motors, reducing mechanical stress and inrush currents. With a rated current of 85A, the device is suitable for motors with power ratings up to:
22 kW at 230VAC
45 kW at 400VAC
55 kW at 500VAC
Ideal for industrial applications, pumps, fans, compressors and automated machinery.
The built-in by-pass relay activates at the end of startup, optimizing energy efficiency and reducing electrical losses. This eliminates the need to install external components, simplifying the system and reducing costs
The soft starter includes a full range of intelligent features:
Current-limited starting to protect motor and grid
Torque control for smooth acceleration
Kick Start function for starting heavy loads
Built-in thermal current protection
PTC input for motor thermal protection
Event log for diagnostics and predictive maintenance
With built-in NFC technology, the device can be easily configured via smartphone, without the need for software or wiring. It also has an optical port for diagnostics and can optionally be equipped with an RS485 interface for integration into supervisory or industrial automation systems.
