Lovato 250/5A openable current transformer for 50x80mm bars DM1TA0250

DM Series Current Transformers ( CTs) are mounted in an electrical system to reduce line current to a secondary value of 5A compatible with the current inputs of digital multimeters or protective relays.

They are currenttransformers without primary winding and are normally used for high primary current values starting from 40A. The number of passages of the primary cable does not modify the accuracy characteristics, but reduces the value of the primary current with the same secondary current.
