FG16OH2R16 16x2.5 sq. mm multi-core cable is the ideal solution for complex electrical installations that require high performance, reliability and effective protection from electromagnetic interference. Featuring a red copper braided shield, this cable is perfect for industrial, civil and tertiary applications where the proper operation of devices is essential.
The cable is made with flexible Class 5 annealed red copper conductors for easy handling during installation. High-modulus ethylpropylene rubber (G16) insulation provides excellent thermal and dielectric strength. The gray R16 PVC outer sheathing offers mechanical protection, moisture resistance and long life even in harsh environments.
Compliant with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), the cable has excellent fire reaction characteristics, ensuring safe use in public, industrial and residential buildings. The rated voltage is 0.6/1 kV, with a maximum operating temperature of 90°C and short-circuit resistance up to 250°C, making it suitable even in critical operating conditions.
Designed for fixed laying, the cable is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, even in wet environments. It can be laid on masonry, conduit, metal structures, piping, and even underground. Its shielding makes it particularly suitable in the presence of sensitive equipment or in installations where disturbance-free power transmission is required.
