Sheathed Polychloroprene Cable 12G1.5 H07RN-F Black

Flexible power cable, rubber insulated with polychloroprene (neoprene) sheathing. Good resistance to mechanical stress, good resistance to mineral oils and greases, chemical and weathering agents. Flame retardant.

• Rated voltage Uo/U: 450/750 V AC (600/1000 V DC).
• Maximum operating temperature: 60°C (up to 85° C for fixed and protected installation)
• Minimum operating temperature: -40°C (in the absence of mechanical stress)
• Minimum installation temperature: -25°C
• Maximum short-circuit temperature: 200°C
• Maximum tensile stress (recommended): 15 N/mm2 section of copper for mobile laying; 50 N/mm2 section of copper for fixed laying
• Minimum bending radius: 6 times the cable diameter for mobile laying; 4 times the cable diameter for fixed laying
  
   

Conditions of use: For installation in dry or damp, or wet rooms, in free air, in workshops with explosive atmosphere. For connections subject to average mechanical stresses: e.g., industrial or agricultural workshop equipment, large kettles, heating plates, portable lamps, electric tools such as drills, circular saws, household electric tools as well as transportable motors or generators at construction sites or agricultural installations, etc.; also for fixed installations e.g., on floors and shelves of temporary construction sites and barrack housings; for connections of construction elements of lifting apparatus, machines, etc. Use is permitted up to 1000 V in case of protected fixed installation (within pipes or equipment) as well as for rotor connections of motors for lifting apparatus. Underground laying is permissible only with protection from damage hazards. For laying and installation operations, it is recommended not to exceed the tensile stress of 5 k g x mm² of the sum of the conductor cross sections. Use is not recommended for connections of equipment or machinery subject to continuous movement for which festoon feeding or by means of cable winding drums is required.
