The RH 30 H AL hook is designed for PV installations on pitched roofs with flat tile cladding up to 30 mm thick. The aluminum alloy construction, conforming to EN 755-2:2016 standards, makes it highly durable and lightweight, ideal for durable installation. This pre-assembled hook is ready to use, without the need for additional accessories, ensuring fast and efficient installation.
The Fischer hook offers two basic adjustments: the intermediate vertical adjustment allows the profile to be positioned at the ideal distance from the top of the tile, while the adjustment at the top of the hook allows horizontal alignment of the profile, facilitating installation even on uneven surfaces. This multiple adjustment is particularly useful for adapting to different roof configurations and achieving secure and stable fastening.
Thanks to its high load capacity, the RH 30 H AL hook can withstand heavy snow and wind loads as required by regulations. The shape of the hook is designed not to touch the shingle even under maximum load conditions, preventing damage to the roofing. This robustness makes it possible to reduce the number of hooks needed, while maintaining high spacing between fixing points and simplifying the installation of the entire system.
The quick-connect joint on the top of the hook allows it to be connected directly to SolarLight or SolarFish profiles with a simple 180° rotation, without the need for extra bolts or accessories. During installation, the hook is attached to the roof support structure with special anchors and adjusted in height according to the PV system layout. Installation requires a tightening torque of 10 Nm to ensure a secure fastening.
