Button Jeweller is a versatile device that supports three modes of operation. In Panic mode, the button instantly notifies alarm receiving stations and users of emergencies, including intrusion, fire, gas leak alarms, emergency help, and more. The detailed notifications enable quick and appropriate response to threats. In Control mode , Button Jeweller initiates automation scenarios with a single or double press. In addition, Button Jeweller silences fire alarms in Fire Alarm Silence mode.
Three modes of operation
Button Jeweller operates in only one of the three available modes at a time. The mode can be selected and changed by a PRO user remotely in an Ajax app at any time.
Button Jeweller allows users to manage lighting or appliances with a single press. For example, configure the button to turn on all desk lamps with a short press and turn them off with a long one. A simple automation scenario saves users the trouble of turning on all the lamps in an office.
With a single press, Button Jeweller can help prepare a facility for the start or end of the day. The device activates scenarios to unlock doors and raise shutters with a short press or to lock and close them with a long one.
Button Jeweller can launch automation scenarios to control lighting throughout the facility or in specific rooms. For example, the device can be set to turn lights on with a single press and turn them off with a double press.
Control heating easily during colder seasons. Button Jeweller can activate floor heating or other heating devices as part of a configured automation scenario.
The Button Jeweller button housing is designed to prevent accidental pressure if the user sits or lies on it. For added safety, the device can be set to respond only to a double or long press
Designed for any environment, Button Jeweller is capable of operating in a variety of conditions thanks to its water- and dust-resistant housing with IP55 rating. With its wide operating temperature range, the device works reliably even in extreme conditions, whether it is a harsh winter in the Netherlands or a scorching summer in the UAE. The button can be worn on the wrist, carried on a keychain or attached to a surface with the Holder accessory
Button Jeweller runs on a preinstalled battery for up to 5 years. Battery status is automatically monitored daily via the Auto Charge Battery Check option. Early low battery alerts in Ajax apps provide installers with sufficient time to replace the battery without interrupting functionality.
