Bentel Security's NEKA self-powered siren represents a benchmark in the field of optical-acoustic alarms thanks to its microprocessor-controlled technology that guarantees high operating accuracy.
Flexible and compatible with any control panel: The presence of 4 different inputs for separate control of acoustic and luminous signaling and the possibility of programming 2 different sets of sounds greatly extends the range of application of the single siren. It is possible, for example, to manage different sounds for installations that are too close together, thus avoiding confusion for users, or to use different sounds for different types of alarms. Four different alarm inputs, two of which have programmable polarity, ensure NEKA's compatibility with the totality of security system control panels.
Self-diagnosis for constant safety: The siren also offers an effective self-diagnosis feature, both of the lamp and the battery (NEKA and NEKA-F only), whose level and state of efficiency are kept constantly monitored. Any fault reports are reported both locally and at the control center through the appropriate outputs. The siren is also equipped with a safety system whereby, in case the battery is low, the remaining energy will be used for sound emission while the flasher will be turned off (NEKA and NEKA-F only).
Protection, robustness and reliability: In addition to the well-established protections found on all sirens (burglary, removal, cable cutting), additional coverage against foam injection is offered on the NEKA-F and NEKA-FS models, which is particularly effective due to the use of dual detection. The robust plastic material used and the tropicalized metal inner protection guarantee virtually unlimited weather resistance.
