The repeater is designed to expand the range of the fire detection system, ensuring that the radio signal reaches all critical areas. With its ability to increase the communication area, the device is ideal for large environments or those with obstacles that could compromise signal range. The device provides up to 500 meters of free-air coverage, reducing the risk of areas not covered by the system.
This repeater is designed for easy integration with other wireless firefighting devices. The two built-in antennas allow for optimal device placement, while the B501RF wireless sensor compatible base further simplifies installation. In addition, with addresses set via rotary switches, commissioning time is reduced, making the configuration process quick and efficient.
With a battery life of 4 years at 25 degrees, it offers a long service life without the need for frequent intervention. The device also has a patented battery life prediction function, which allows maintenance to be planned proactively. This helps reduce operational costs and improve the overall reliability of the fire protection system.
The repeater complies with stringent safety and communication regulations, including EN54-25 certification for radio frequency and EN54-18 for fire protection.
