The Cembre BF-U3.5 cable lug is an insulated fork terminal designed for quick and safe connection of copper conductors in low-voltage installations, automation, switchboards and civil installations. The M3.5 hole size makes it suitable for small standard screws and terminals, ensuring stable and reliable installation.
Made of annealed electrolytic copper of more than 99.9% purity, the lug is electrolytically tinned to improve its resistance to oxidation and weathering. Internal knurling of the collar provides a superior mechanical seal, improving the tensile strength and quality of the electrical connection.
The PVC insulating jacket, blue in color according to standard coding, is designed with a funnel-shaped shaping that facilitates conductor insertion, prevents wire stripping, and reduces wiring time. Partial insulation protects the connection point without compromising the compactness of the installation.
Radial compression geometry ensures smooth and secure tightening, compatible with major crimping pliers and tools. The lug can operate over a wide temperature range, from -20 °C to +75 °C, with tolerance up to 90 °C for short periods, ensuring consistent performance even under severe operating conditions.
