Risco Plug-In PSTN Module: Secure and integrated voice communication for LightSYS+

The Risco RP432PSTN00A PSTN module enables the LightSYS Plus central unit to communicate securely with surveillance centers (CMSs) and users, using the traditional landline telephone network. It is lideal as the main communication channel or as a backup to the IP/Wi-Fi or Cloud link.

Standard protocol for maximum compatibility

With support for SIA and Contact ID protocols, the PSTN module ensures full compatibility with professional monitoring systems, ensuring the timely sending of alarms and notifications to security institutions.

Follow Me function and voice communication

• The Follow Me function allows you to set up voice calls to predefined numbers with recorded voice messages

• In the absence of a voice module, the PSTN can still notify an alarm via telephone beeps

• If a voice module is present, the PSTN handles incoming calls and enables remote functions via DTMF, such as system arming/disarming.
