Due to the presence of the aluminum layer, the coefficient of expansion of the HENCO pipe is comparable to that of a copper pipe and 8 times lower than the coefficient of expansion of a common plastic pipe. The coefficient of expansion is 0.025 mm/mK.

 

The smooth surface of the inner and outer pipe does not allow dirt to accumulate, preventing sedimentation and corrosion. The reduced roughness of the inner tube also ensures minimal pressure loss.

 

After being bent, the tube maintains the desired shape because it has no thermal memory like other plastic tubes. This feature simplifies and speeds up pipe laying and fitting.

 

The outer and inner pipe are made of polyethylene cross-linked by electron beams. Therefore, the pipe is not subject to wear, even at high temperatures and flow rates.

 

The integrated aluminum layer prevents oxygen from penetrating the pipe, preventing corrosion problems to any metal components in the system.

 

In contrast to metal pipes, by choosing the right pipe diameter, there is no noise pollution due to the passage of water. Contact noises can be avoided by properly fitting the pipe.

 

The hose meets the most stringent toxicological and hygienic requirements. It is 100% suitable for the transport of potable water. It is also resistant to various chemical liquids.
