Raytech Wonder Fluid F280 insulating gel is the ideal solution for protecting and sealing electrical joints and connections easily, safely and durably. Supplied in a 280 ml cartridge, it is a ready-to-use single-component fluid gel designed for filling junction boxes and mittens, providing electrical insulation and sealing even in extreme environmental conditions.
One of Wonder Fluid's main innovations is its ability to remain fluid even after opening: it does not cure, does not harden, and can be reused multiple times, avoiding material waste. In addition, the product has no expiration date, making it perfect even for unscheduled or emergency applications.
The gel offers dielectric strength in excess of 20 kV/mm, effectively protecting connections even in the presence of high voltage. It withstands operating temperatures between -60°C and +200°C, and can be applied in environments up to +110°C. Cast inside suitable enclosures, it allows for an IP68 degree of protection, which is also ideal for installations subject to continuous immersion in water.
