Method of Use:

• Before the system is put into operation, FERRONEX should be dosed at 1 to 2 percent and circulated, preferably at normal operating temperature, with all valves open and the pump set at maximum flow for a minimum period of 1 hour or until the run is completed satisfactorily. After cleaning, the product should be drained and purged until the water flows clear. Upon backfilling, the system should be treated with FILMAX+Thermakil at the rate of1 % relative to the total circulating liquid, or if an antifreeze is used, add ATIGEL in concentrations of not less than 30 %; in the case of lower concentrations, add FILMAX+Thermakil or FILMAX 9.0 in the proportions indicated by the product data sheet.
• FERRONEX is suitable for use with all common metals and alloys. In all cases follow the technical requirements according to UNI CTI 8065/89, UNI 8364/84, UNI 8884/88 and BS 7593/92 standards.
