Facot Antinex + Thermakil restorative sludge degreaser 1 liter ANTINEX1000E

Overview:

• Restorative, degreaser for sludge, sludge and scale in thermal and refrigeration systems. Anticorrosive product suitable for all types of summer and winter air conditioning systems of both multi-metal and plastic materials. ANTINEX+Thermakil® also keeps limestone and deposits of various kinds contained in the system in suspension. It does not contain chromates in compliance with current laws (Law No. 319/76).
• The product also contains an effective biocide that can prevent, or at least greatly reduce, the development of algae and biological products within the plant often associated with other deposits. Uncontrolled development of algae or bacterial flora amplifies the causes that create impediments to regular water circulation within the system.
  
   

Ways of use:

• The product is recommended on medium-lived, even dated, but NOT compromised systems. First of all, it is a good idea to empty the system from the circulating liquid, so as to immediately eliminate most of the inconsistencies present, check the amount of water inside the system through the use of a liters counter, so as to perform dilutions correctly.
• Use ANTINEX+Thermakil® at a rate of 1 2 % of the liquid circulating in the system. Circulate the boiler at full capacity for 15 20 days depending on the age of the system, protecting the boiler with special self-cleaning filter WL-FILMAT RAH HOT with cartridge WL-CART-FA HOT. In case of inability to circulate the product, (new boiler already installed, or no boiler), use the special pumps of the DISIFLUX series equipped with electric resistance by dosing the product at 3 4 % of the circulating liquid for at least 3 to 6 hours and in any case the time necessary until the water flows clean. The temperature will promote the dissolution of sludge by shortening the flushing time.
• The procedure can be conveniently monitored with a conductivity meter or turbidity meter, especially on medium to large plants > 1,000 lt. We recommend contacting the Facot Chemicals Technical Department for this procedure. Follow the requirements of Standard 8065:2019 for subsequent checks.
