he MotionProtect Outdoor Jeweller is designed to provide maximum security in outdoor and indoor environments. Using dual PIR sensor technology, it accurately detects human movement while reducing the risk of false alarms caused by moving objects or pets.
The street is always full of action: wind sways leaves and bushes warmed by the sun, animals and birds move, various insects rest on the detector housing. This diversity of flora and fauna creates constant impediments that make it difficult for outdoor motion detectors to detect the real threat: humans. We solved this problem at both the software and hardware level by implementing two PIR sensors and developing a unique two-step algorithm for signal analysis, LISA.
Whenever MotionProtect Outdoor detects motion, LISA analyzes and compares the shapes of the signals from the two sensors in real time. If they are similar, the alarm is triggered.
An outdoor detector is an easy target. During the day, when the system is off, intruders can block the view or damage the sensors to gain an advantage in the nighttime breach. To prevent sabotage cases, we equipped MotionProtect Outdoor with an anti-tamper button and an advanced anti-masking system that can remain active H24.
The anti-masking system of MotionProtect Outdoor automatically calibrates itself by analyzing the surrounding area when mounting the device on SmartBracket. Then, if an obstacle appears in the field of view of the anti-masking sensors or if they are painted, the detector quickly notices sabotage and gives the alarm. In addition, even slight tampering, such as when someone attempts to disassemble the detector from SmartBracket, is recorded.
Ajax security systems protect users in all climate zones, from South Africa to Greenland. Hot or cold, snow or rain, MotionProtect Outdoor is ready for any climate. The outdoor detector works for up to 5 years with pre-installed batteries. In addition, to increase autonomy and simplify maintenance in extreme conditions, we have provided the option of using external power:
Jeweller radio protocol ensures uninterrupted operation of all devices within the security system. Jeweller provides two-way communication between hubs and MotionProtect Outdoor over a distance of up to 1,700 meters and delivers alarms in less than 0.15 seconds. The radio protocol uses framing to synchronize the communication of connected devices, authentication to eliminate forgery, and encryption to protect against data leakage. In addition, Jeweller is energy efficient, allowing detectors to run for years on preinstalled batteries:
