Infrared angular sensor for optimal coverage

The Vemer Sensor Corner VE767400 is a passive infrared (PIR) presence detector designed for angular mounting on internal or external walls. Its configuration allows for optimal space coverage, thanks to the wide detection angle of 200° and a frontal range of up to 12 metres.

It is particularly suitable for installations on building corners, columns, entrances, terraces, or near gates, where it is necessary to monitor large areas with a single device.

Simple and customizable adjustments

The sensor is equipped with integrated trimmers that allow precise adjustment of:

• The intervention time, from 3 seconds up to approximately 30 minutes

• The brightness threshold, from 5 to 2000 lux
  
  

These adjustments allow the sensor's operation to be adapted based on ambient light and the specific needs of each application, reducing unwanted activations and optimizing energy consumption.

Tilt structure for greater versatility

The sensor body is tiltable, a feature that allows precise orientation of the detection field based on the position and area to be monitored. Additionally, an adapter is provided for fixing on internal or external corners, ensuring stability and ease of installation on any wall surface.

Safety and protection for outdoor use

Thanks to the IP55 protection rating, the Vemer Sensor Corner sensor is resistant to dust and water jets, making it perfect for outdoor applications even in adverse weather conditions. It operates correctly in a temperature range from -20°C to +40°C, ensuring maximum reliability all year round.

Wide compatibility with electrical loads

The sensor can drive a 10A relay, making it compatible with a wide variety of lighting devices:

• Incandescent lamps: up to 1000 W

• Neon and fluorescent (including compensated ones): up to 500 W

• 230V halogen: up to 1000 W

• LED: up to 150 W
