The Gateway Abb Dali allows intelligent control of DALI lighting systems via the KNX bus. It is designed to manage up to 64 DALI slave devices with a single output and can be used in home automation or industrial installations where flexible, centralized, and reliable lighting management is required.
The gateway allows the organization of DALI devices into 16 groups and up to 16 preset scenes. Additionally, it is possible to send commands in broadcast mode, simplifying configuration and improving efficiency in collective control operations.
It integrates the necessary power supply for the operation of DALI devices, eliminating the need for external power supplies. In the presence of DALI converters for emergency lighting, it is possible to activate functionality or duration tests directly from KNX, facilitating maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Thanks to the MDRC mounting on DIN rail and the compact 4-module design, the gateway fits perfectly into standard electrical panels. It is compatible with KNX (TP) and DALI systems and is software upgradable to ensure long life and adaptability to future technological updates.
The device has low power consumption (2 W) and offers stable operation in a temperature range from -5 °C to +45 °C, with an IP20 protection rating, ideal for installations in protected indoor environments. Manual operation allows direct intervention in case of need or testing.
