Hiltron bidirectional remote control for Protec8GSM DXR4

BATTERY REPLACEMENT: Unscrew the screw on the bottom of the remote control to open the container, remove the old battery and insert a new one respecting the polarities indicated on the container. When the battery is inserted, the LED on the remote control should flash: if not, disconnect the battery and wait a few seconds before inserting it again. Check the correct functioning of the two keys before closing the container.

PROGRAMMING: Press both keys for a few seconds, until the LED stays on, then release them. Program the remote control with the system code using the two keys: Left key: to enter "1" - Right key: to enter "0". If you suspend data entry for more than thirty seconds, the LED will blink for a few moments and you will automatically exit the programming phase without modifying the pre-existing code. In case of error, it is possible to interrupt data entry by pressing the two keys simultaneously for a few seconds: the LED flashes for a few seconds and programming is interrupted. When a correct code has been entered, the LED flashes once and the programming phase ends. In case of wrong code (all zero or all one) the LED flashes for a few seconds and exits the programming phase without accepting the code. Keeping a key pressed for a long time the relative command is sent for 15 times, then the remote control waits for the release of the key before allowing a new sending. This function is useful to prevent unnecessary battery consumption in case a key is inadvertently held down.
