Hiltron passive infrared curtain detector for doors and windows IR8

Equipped with a circuitry made of SMT technology to ensure greater stability during use and greater immunity to electromagnetic interference. The sensitivity adjustment allows installation in any environment that requires a discreet and secure volumetric protection. The "Alarm Memory" function signaled by the LED allows to recognize which detector has caused the alarm when more detectors are installed on the same area; the connection of the interrupted positive (+12V Int.) of the central unit will be used to reset this function and to automatically reset the memory each time the burglar alarm system is reactivated.

INSTALLATION:

• Install inside the window frame and mount it at the top center of the frame with the lens facing downwards
• Fix with two plugs the base of the sensor
• Make connections
• Close the cover and tighten the screw that ensures the fixing of the circuit
• Do not point the detector towards objects that could produce rapid temperature changes such as radiators, electric radiators, air conditioners, open flames, etc.
• Do not partially or completely obscure the detector's field of vision
• Do not install the detector between the shutter and the internal window.
