Urmet automatic routing and hold management card 1372/59

This board, installed in an Agorà 2 Pabx (Art. 1372/312), offers advanced DISA functionality with automatic routing, diversified by day and night.

 

The device greets the incoming call with a presentation message and handles waiting until an extension is answered, while automatic routing allows the desired extension to be reached by the caller dialing a number.

 

Easy programming from PC via SCAITERM2NET application.

 

Has management of 5 additional customized messages, with a maximum duration of 30 sec. each. The feature also offers weekly programming up to 5 daily time slots: 2 day, 3 night. To use this feature, the PABX must have a production date of 49/2010 or later and be equipped with a software version of 2.00 or later.

OPERATION:

 

The board can operate in two modes:

• Day/Open mode
• Night/Pause Mode
  
   

The capabilities of the two operating modes in terms of performance are similar, but can be configured and activated independently for each day of the week. The activation sequence must be decided in programming and provides in the day from 1 up to 5 bands (2 in day mode and 3 in night mode), which can be activated at will (the whole day can also be activated only in day or night mode).

 

An example of using the two modes is as follows:

• Day/Open: mode of operation in the case of open offices and normal work activity going on; in this case the caller is guided by voice messages so that he can reach the company's various extensions or groups of extensions or send faxes.
• Night/Pause: mode of operation in the case of closed offices, either continuously (vacations, bridges...) or briefly but systematically (night, lunch break...); the operation is similar to the day mode but the messages are different and the caller does not have the possibility to make selection of a specific extension/group.
