The Abb circuit breaker is designed for the protection of three-phase systems or complex single-phase networks in industrial, commercial or tertiary applications. Curve C is suitable for general loads such as motors, transformers and mixed supplies, tolerating temporary overcurrents up to 5-10 times rated current.
With a rated breaking capacity of 10 kA, this circuit breaker ensures a high circuit breaking capacity in the event of a short circuit, minimizing the risk of damage to the system. The energy-limiting class 3 ensures its effectiveness in containing passing energy during tripping.
Designed for quick mounting on standard DIN rail, the device boasts Class II insulation construction and a mechanical strength of 20,000 cycles. Failsafe bi-directional screw terminal allows safe wiring with cables up to 35 sq. mm.
