FG16OH2R16 4x10 sq mm shielded multi-core cable is designed for fixed-lay applications in civil and industrial electrical installations where protection against electromagnetic interference is required. The braided shielding of red copper wires ensures high noise immunity, making it particularly suitable in environments where power and signal networks coexist.
The cable consists of:
Class 5 annealed red copper flexible conductors
High-modulus ethylpropylene rubber insulation (G16) with excellent mechanical and thermal characteristics
Non-hygroscopic filler for perfect cohesion between components
Red copper braid screen for EMI protection
R16 PVC outer sheath, resistant to shock, abrasion and weathering
All in a 4-conductor multipole configuration with gray sheathing, according to HD 308 standard for core color code.
Thanks to the fire reaction class Cca-s3, d1, a3, the cable complies with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), ensuring good resistance to flame propagation, low smoke emission and no glowing drops, contributing to the safety of public, residential and industrial buildings.
