The Cembre Maxibrass Pg16 IP68 2900.16N Cable Gland is designed to securely tighten and seal through-hole cables on electrical installation panels. With a tightening torque of 7.5 Nm, it provides strong and stable clamping, ideal for cables with diameters from 7 to 13 mm.
With its IP68 rating, the cable gland is dustproof and resists high-pressure water jets, ensuring the safety and durability of electrical connections even in harsh environments, such as outdoor environments or installations subject to exposure to dust and moisture.
Made of nickel-plated brass, the Maxibrass Cable Gland offers corrosion resistance and high durability. Neoprene inner seals and nitrile outer seals ensure an effective seal, preventing water or dust infiltration.
This cable gland is perfect for applications requiring rugged protection, such as industrial, commercial and residential electrical systems. The PA6.6 polyamide cage material adds mechanical strength and additional protection against weathering and corrosives.
