The Cembre MTMA-GC Blind Straight Connector is designed to provide a secure and durable connection between aluminum cables with a 300 mm² cross section. The deep-slotted geometry provides optimal compression, ensuring a stable electrical connection resistant to mechanical stress, ideal for applications in industrial, civil and high-voltage installations.
Made from pure aluminum round bar (over 99.5%), the Cembre joint is highly durable and offers high performance. The watertight diaphragm prevents migration of the mixture into the joint, especially when using solid-insulated cables, effectively protecting the connection in the event of severe unevenness along the conductor path. In addition, the inner surface is protected from oxidation by the use of a high drop point grease.
Equipped with chamfers at the ends and a center stop system, the joint facilitates the insertion of conductors, reducing the risk of errors during installation. Filler putty provides additional protection against moisture and contaminants, improving the durability of the connection.
