The Giacomini manifold kit is a complete, professional and ready-to-install solution for underfloor heating systems or radiators. Designed to ensure maximum precision in hydraulic balancing, it integrates advanced features such as immediate flow rate reading, circuit interception, individual calibration, as well as the possibility of installing electrothermal controls for automated temperature management in a single system.
The flow bar is equipped with balancing lockshields with mechanical memory, which allows the correct calibration to be set and maintained for each circuit. Transparent flow meters (0.5÷5 l/min scale) allow immediate balancing, displaying the amount of circulating water in real time.
Return manifold includes valves with manual steering wheel, removable for installation of Giacomini R478, R478M, R473, R473M compatible electrothermal actuators for smart control of circuits and temperature.
Installed upstream of the manifold, multifunction valves integrate:

Kit includes:
R588Z metal supports for mounting in R500 series flush-mounted boxes
Adhesive labels to identify circuits
R558 wrench for calibrating the lockshields
Brass end caps with sealing gasket
Installation is simple: just place the manifold inside the box, attach the multifunction valves (in right or left inlet), connect the piping with Giacomini adapters (R178/R179 series), and you're done.
