The Lovato ADXL0075600 is an advanced soft starter designed to control the starting and stopping of asynchronous three-phase motors, reducing mechanical stress and inrush currents. With a current rating of 75A and two-phase control, it provides smooth and safe starting for industrial applications and automated systems.
This soft starter can be used on systems with operating voltages from 208 to 600VAC, and can handle motors with the following power ratings:
22 kW at 230VAC
37 kW at 400VAC
45 kW at 500VAC
These features make it ideal for pumps, compressors, fans, conveyors, and many other industrial applications.
The internal by-pass relay automatically kicks in at the end of the start-up phase, ensuring reduced energy losses and greater overall system efficiency, as well as simplifying installation by eliminating the need for additional external components.
The built-in NFC interface enables quick configuration via smartphone, simplifying the setting of operating parameters. The device also has an optical port for local connection to diagnostic or configuration devices, while RS485 communication is available as an option for integration into supervisory systems.
The ADXL0075600 soft starter features thermal current protection, Kick Start function for heavy load starts, torque control, and PTC input for thermal motor monitoring. The built-in event log allows tracking of operating history for analysis and predictive maintenance.
