High performance and ease of use

High initial setting and fast curing (about 2 mm in 24 hours) make Poly Max Fix & Seal Express extremely efficient, reducing fixing time and ensuring clean and fast application. Its permanent elasticity allows the material to absorb vibration and movement, keeping the seal intact over time. It does not shrink during drying, thanks to its fully adhesive composition.

Versatile applications for every need

This adhesive-sealant is particularly suitable for bonding and sealing materials such as wood, natural stone, metal, concrete, plaster, plastics (excluding PE, PP, PTFE) and polystyrene. It is ideal for fixing items such as baseboards, window sills, plasterboard, decorative frames and shower trays. Also excellent for sealing cracks in walls and ceilings. It can also be used in automotive and industrial settings due to its mechanical strength (up to 250 N/cm²) and good tolerance to UV rays, moisture and mold.

Method of use and product performance

Application is simple: it can be done with a common cartridge gun. The adhesive should be distributed in dots or strips according to the surface area and weight of the material. For sealing, the use of a wet trowel to finish the joints is recommended. The yield can vary from 5 to 8 m²/kg in spot bonding and up to 15 linear meters per cartridge with strip application.
