The nipple is made of malleable cast iron and offers a minimum tensile strength of 350 N/mm² and a maximum Brinell hardness of 150 HB. This ensures that the product withstands high pressures and temperatures, up to 25 bar at 20 °C and 20 bar up to 300 °C.
The zinc coating, applied by immersion in a molten zinc bath, provides a 70-micron protective layer, imparting excellent anti-corrosive properties even under harsh conditions.
