The thermostatic valve control device is a proportional temperature regulator, consisting of a bellows containing a specific thermostatic liquid. As the temperature increases, the liquid increases in volume and causes the bellows to expand. As the temperature decreases, the reverse process occurs: the bellows contracts due to the thrust of the counter spring. The axial movements of the sensing element are transmitted to the valve actuator via the connecting plate, thus regulating the flow of fluid in the heating body.
The valve is made of chrome-plated brass, with a stainless steel actuator stem and double EPDM O-ring seal, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The nozzle with rubber seal eliminates the need for sealing tapes, simplifying installation.
Horizontal installation, respecting the direction of flow indicated on the valve
Compatible with copper, plastic and multilayer piping
Do not install in niches or behind curtains to avoid alterations in thermal readings
Easy maintenance, with the possibility of replacing the screw without interrupting system operation
