The Earth Leakage add-on Block is a protective device that detects ground fault currents and breaks the circuit to prevent electric shock hazards.
The AC-type block is designed to detect and protect against pure alternating type (AC) earth fault currents. This device interrupts the circuit when it detects a leakage current, preventing possible electric shock.
It is suitable for electrical systems with conventional appliances such as lights, electrical outlets, and resistive loads.
Unlike Type A, it does not detect pulsating currents. It is an economical and safe solution for installations that do not include advanced electronic devices.
