Urmet SFP Module for RJ45 1.25 Gb 3000/490

The 3000/490 is a module for high-performance copper connections complying with Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100/1000BASE-T standards in IEEE 802.3-2002 and IEEE 802.3ab, supporting a data rate of 10/100/1000Mbps up to 100 meters with an unshielded twisted-pair cable of Cat. 5e or higher.

 

This module supports 10/100/1000Mbps full duplex data links with 5-level Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) signals. All four pairs of the cable are used with symbol rate at 250Mbps for each pair. It also provides standard SFP MSA-compliant serial ID information, which can be accessed with the address of A0h via the 2-wire serial EEPROM CMOS protocol. The physical IC can also be accessed via 2-wire serial bus at address ACh.

 

Please note: To pull out the module, the lever latch located on the front must be lowered.
