Among the main peculiarities are the stainless steel sleeve with countersink to facilitate pipe insertion, the Ring, a sleeve stop for visual control of the correct insertion at the bottom of the pipe to be connected, and the septum insulator for multilayer pipe joints.

 

The fittings are supplied fully assembled and the size of the corresponding pipes is clearly stamped on the sleeve.

 

In the case of underground installations, avoid contact between the cement mixture and the metal parts of the fitting. It is advisable to make a joint that can be inspected, for example by using a recessed plastic box, or at least insulated from the structure and free to expand, so that chemical reactions on metal surfaces and stresses due to thermal expansion are avoided.
