In order to achieve a perfect pipe fitting, please follow the following assembly instructions carefully.

CUTTING: Cut the pipe to the desired length, the cut must be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, using the appropriate pipe cutters.

CALIBRATING AND SAWING: This is the most important operation to be performed before inserting the rubber holder into the hose. Insert the calibrator inside the hose, rotate it several times until a perfectly round circumference is obtained, at the same time the calibrator creates a truncated-cone-shaped invitation chamfer thanks to the presence of three cutters arranged at 120° at the base of the calibrator. Once the pipe has been calibrated and flared, eliminate the chips that have formed as a result of these operations. Check before calibrating that the calibrators are perfectly intact.

LUBRICATION: Before inserting the tube onto the tire holder, it is strictly necessary to lubricate the inner edge of the tube using a special silicone-based solution. The lubricant has the dual function of aiding tube insertion and preserving the o-rings over time. The operations described above are intended to avoid cuts to the o-rings and/or removal of the o-rings, impairing the sealing capacity.

INSTALLATION: Insert the pipe onto the fitting, making sure by means of the inspection holes that the pipe has been inserted up to the Teflon washer. The operation must be performed without the slightest effort, otherwise we ask you to slide out re-examine the fitting to view the integrity of the o-rings.

PRESSING: Once the pipe has been placed on the fitting, press the pipe tightening sleeves using the appropriate pressing machines with the appropriate jaws or inserts. Caution: the pipe connected to the fitting must not be bent.
