In the device software there is a diagnostic and repair algorithm for the voltmeter and ammeter insertion sequence. The function can be activated on demand with a password and allows the wiring sequence to be viewed and changed via software provided the following conditions are met:
- The neutral conductor (in the 4-wire network) is correctly placed at the corresponding terminal (normally number 11)
- There are no crossings of conductors between different CTs (e.g., on phase 1 of the device there is a wire from CT 1 and on the other a wire from CT 2)
- The power factor is between 1 and 0.5 Inductive for each phase
