The anchor bolt, is an anchor with an internal thread made of galvanized steel. The anchor bolt is set flush with the wall with the hammer. Expansion takes place because the inner cone expands the dowel as it is driven by the EHS Plus or EMS-mounted striker.

 

For proper expansion to take place, no torque is required to be applied to the screw or threaded rod. The percussion anchor is ideal for fastening brackets and rails for fixtures, grates, and consoles in interior areas with approval.

Assembly:

• EA II is suitable for non-pass-through installation
• Insert the impact anchor into the hole and using a hammer bring it flush with the surface of the substrate
• The body of the anchor is then expanded, pushing the inner cone with the EHS Plus striker (or EMS percussion drill striker), against the wall of the hole
• The striker must rest on the edge of the anchor for proper expansion to be assured
