Cast iron sleeve fitting for Gebo steel pipe 1/2 01.150.02.01

Our fittings are:

• designed for continuous operation
• anti-loosening, i.e. tensile and thrust resistant
• suitable for off-axis pipes up to 3°, sleeves (per side) 2 x 3° = 6°
• suitable as equipotential bonding
• ideal for saving time as threading and welding are not necessary
  
   

Materials used:

• Fitting body: malleable cast iron EN-GJMB 350-10, EN 1562
• Ferrule/Flange: Malleable cast iron EN-GJMB 350-10, EN 1562
• Anti-pull ring: Galvanized steel or brass
• Thrust ring: Zinc-plated steel
• Gasket: NBR
• Galvanizing: Hot-dip galvanizing of the fitting body, flange and ferrules. (Hot-dip galvanizing according to DIN EN 10242). All regulations concerning potable water are complied with. All parts are further galvanized with galvanic bath according to DIN 50961. The thrust and anti-loosening ring are also galvanized with galvanic bath (according to DIN 50961)
• Threading: according to ISO 7/1 or DIN EN 10226/1
  
   

Temperature:

• Potable water: up to 25 degrees
• Heating water: up to 80 degrees
• Gas from -20 to +60 degrees
• Heating oils up to 40 degrees

• Water: DVGW W 534, DVGW-Reg-N°: DW-8511AU2216
• Gas: DIN 3387-1, DVGW-Reg-N°: NG-4502AP1454
• Fire protection systems (DN 25 and above): VdS certificate
• Heating oils: approved by Building Surveillance Board DIBT, approval no. Z-38.4-212
