The thermal-magnetic circuit breaker is the ideal solution for overcurrent, overload and short-circuit protection in residential and tertiary electrical installations. Equipped with a tripping curve C, it offers precise protection for moderate inductive loads such as lights, sockets and small motors.
The C curve can tolerate short-duration overcurrents up to five to ten times the rated current and is widely used in domestic installations.
With a width of 2 DIN modules, this device integrates easily into standard electrical panels. The limitation class 3 ensures quick response in the event of a short circuit, improving the safety of the system. The IP20 degree of protection makes it suitable for protected environments.
The circuit breaker works with a rated voltage of 230 V and can withstand impulse energy up to 4 kV, ensuring the stability of the system even in case of surges. The rated breaking capacity of 4.5 kA makes it suitable for many residential and commercial applications.
It can be accessorized with auxiliary contacts (AX-X1), alarm contacts (AL-X1), trip coils (SHT-X1) and minimum voltage coils (UVT-X1). It is not compatible with differential modules, but provides complete magnetothermal protection.
