Triplus is the right compromise between acoustic performance and cost-effectiveness. It is a drainage system characterized by its blue coloring and composed of triple-layer pipes that provides acoustic performance of 12 dB(A) at a flow rate of 2 liters/second. Thanks to its performance, it can be laid exposed inside technical cavities, and thanks to the range of diameters it is also an ideal solution for the construction of basement manifolds.

 

Triplus is the plug-in system of triple-layer pipes, fittings and accessories industrialized, manufactured and patented by Valsir that meets these requirements while guaranteeing the levels of quietness of exhaust systems required by current legislative and regulatory regulations.

 

The intermediate layer is made from a patented mixture of polypropylene (PP) and mineral fillers (MF) such that it gives the Triplus system excellent mechanical characteristics at low (impact resistance down to -25°C) and high temperatures (up to 95°C). The Triplus drainage system can carry effluent at temperatures with PH between 2 and 12, has high resistance to most common chemicals, and has an extremely smooth inner surface such that it prevents the accumulation of deposits inside drainage networks.

 

Structure:

• Plug-in tumbler with lip seal: the plug-in tumbler is equipped with a lip seal that ensures hydraulic sealing and sliding of the pipe due to thermal expansion. The geometric features of the socket ensure ease and speed of installation
• Intermediate layer: is made from a mixture of polypropylene and mineral fillers that offers high mechanical strength and excellent acoustic performance
• Outer layer: is made of polypropylene and provides excellent impact resistance and mechanical protection
• Inner layer: the inside of the pipe is made of a polypropylene layer, which allows for an extremely smooth inner surface and high resistance to chemicals
