Orbis BU-50 tape is designed to provide perfect adhesion on metal surfaces and photovoltaic structures. Thanks to its high-adhesion butyl compound and polyester-reinforced structure, it provides durable, weather-resistant sealing, even in outdoor environments.
BU-50 is distinguished by its excellent cold adhesion, without the need for primer or heating, and its superior mechanical properties: it resists tensile and elongation without deforming or breaking. It can be applied in a temperature range of +5 °C to +40 °C and works effectively from -30 °C to +130 °C.
The tape is solvent free, so it is safe to handle even in sensitive environments. It is classified M1 for flammability and class E for reaction to fire, according to European standards. Perfect for use under brackets in combination with other waterproofing accessories such as BI-ARS4.
