Grundfos UPA 15-120 is a domestic booster designed to increase the pressure of drinking water supplied from an external source in residential homes. UPA booster pumps increase domestic water pressure to make the required pressure available at showers, faucets and other points of withdrawal.

The UPA 15-120 offers the comfort of constant water pressure with automatic start and stop. This is controlled by the integrated flow switch which ensures optimal start/stop of the booster pump according to demand. The design is robust and built on anti-corrosion materials and cataphoresis coated cast iron pump body to ensure long life. The pump is a fixed rotor type where pump and motor form an integral unit without shaft seal.
This pump should always be installed with a horizontal motor shaft. This booster has a 2-pole asynchronous squirrel cage motor with thermal protection. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. These design features ensure maintenance-free operation.
