PAN1-PLUS is certified in compliance with EN 54.3 and EN 54.23 and conforms to TR 11607, Guideline for acoustic and optical signallers where, for dormitories and hotels, the predominant frequency is specified to be between 0.5 Hz and 1Khz.

PAN1-PLUS is made of non-combustible and flame retardant materials. The films with illuminated inscriptions are made of slow-flammability PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate). The inscriptions, on red or grey background, are highlighted when the panel is active.

A model dedicated to Automatic Switch-Off systems is available in opaque yellow that can be combined with manual pushbuttons of the same colour and supplied as standard with two interchangeable films for warning inside and outside the room.

Installation

The device is classified W-5-11 in the EN 54 certifications, and is therefore designed to cover a volume with maximum dimensions of 5 x 11 x 11 meters (HxWxD) with an average consumption of 100mA. With internal selection is selectable low consumption mode (70-80mA) for covers up to 4x9x9
In the conventional model are present in the terminal block separate commands to operate siren and strobe combined or in flash only mode. In the catalogue there is also a swivel bracket for wall or ceiling installation of two opposing devices.
For flush-mounted installations, a mounting box with built-in level is available, specially designed for quick and easy installation even on plasterboard walls.
The PAN1-PLUS panel can be synchronised with other panels of the same series to avoid random flashes between devices in the same room. The panel is also protected against polarity inversion.
