EVOSTA 3 is the new range of DAB circulators capable of offering the robustness of the mechanical circulator combined with the advantages of the electronic one. The permanent magnet synchronous motor, frequency converter, EEI ? 0.19 efficiency index combined with IPX5 protection rating and integrated breather cap make the EVOSTA 3 family one of the best-in-class products in terms of efficiency and reliability. The EVOSTA 3 range of circulators lends itself very well to the replacement of older three-speed circulators both because of its compact size and the completeness offered in terms of performance. It is also a product that can simplify the work of the installer, having a single sequential setting button, and direct access to the Motor Shaft for eventual unlocking. The EVOSTA 3 version has a display showing instantaneous flow rate, instantaneous head, and instantaneous power absorption in watts. The EVOSTA 3 version also offers the new automatic degassing feature.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES.

Cast iron pump body with cataphoresis treatment and wet rotor motor. Steel motor case, technopolymer impeller. Ceramic motor shaft mounted on ceramic bushings lubricated by the pumped liquid. Stainless steel rotor sleeve, stator sleeve and end flange. Graphite thrust ring. EPDM seal rings and brass air vent plug. Due to the internal motor protection, the pump requires no overload protection.

Control panel.

The functionality of EVOSTA 3 can be changed through the control panel located on the electronic control device cover. The pump has nine setting options that can be selected with the MODE button. Pump settings are indicated by six light segments on the display.
