The presence of an LED source is not always synonymous with excellent performance. Also contributing to a long lifespan and excellent light delivery are tested, controlled and selected materials that preserve the lighting and aesthetic advantages over time: maintenance of luminous flux, perfect color rendering, absence of glare and prevention of yellowing of components.

 

In our panels, a special plate is inserted between the LED source and the diffuser, a fundamental component for the operation, quality and quantity of the panel's light emission: the plate used is made of a highly efficient material, PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate). This is a polymer that maintains its characteristics unchanged over time and avoids the tendency to yellowing, typical of cheaper products that adopt, for example, polystyrene or polystyrene (PS), with precisely lower costs.
