The Bticino K4001 switch is designed for safety and durability. Its UV-resistant polycarbonate construction meets self-extinguishing standards, with fire resistance up to 850°C/30 s for the insulating parts that hold live parts in place. IP21D protection provides resistance to the ingress of solids and liquids.
It is an electrical component that is used to complete an installation of BTicino's Living Now series, but it is specifically designed to be covered by a plate or button of the same line, since it does not have a built-in button. Its function is to turn a light point or device on and off from a single control point, as a normal on/off switch would.
